Salt and pepper trout. Place a sprig of rosemary inside each.
Cut the stems from mushrooms that go into the ground before washing them. Chop them.
Cut lemon in slices. Remove lemon peel and recover from the other lemon. Mince the garlic cloves.
Wash leeks, keeping only the edible part. Cut in thin slices. Heat, previously oven to 210 degrees (step 7).
Assigned to the bottom of olive oil baking dish. Place the mushrooms, the 4 trout, then cover them with leeks and lemon disks.
Sprinkle lemon peel. Mix lemon juice with garlic, then pour over prepared. Cover everything with aluminum foil tightly and fasten edges. Put in the oven and let stand for 35 minutes.
